PAPER PRICE CHANGE – EFFECTIVE AUGUST 2007

We are presently dealing with significant price increases in the paper industry. Though supply typically increases as demand decreases, mill closures and reduced production have limited paper inventories and created a significant increase in paper costs. Our distributors have identified inventories that will keep our costs as low as possible while making sure inventory is always available to our customers.

SourceOne has absorbed a high percentage of the paper increase as well as recent escalations in the cost of fuel and plastic products; and are passing only a portion of the increases on to our customers – unlike our competition. Effective August 2007, you will notice changes in paper product pricing. In order to provide our customers with the best possible pricing, we closely monitor market conditions and inventories; not just on paper products, but all office supply items.
