As of October 1, 2007, HP is increasing the list prices worldwide on select Inkjet print cartridges. This price increase will affect the HP 23 Tri-color Inkjet Print Cartridge and the HP 45/23d Combo Pack.  Sales of these older color print cartridges have declined significantly over time due to customers upgrading to newer HP technology.
